- Country of establishment
- Poland

In this policy, “we” refers to the publisher identified above. Some features depend on the game version, your location, and which services are enabled.
Information used by the game
The following categories apply when you use the corresponding feature:
- Player and account information: a game player ID, your chosen player name and avatar, and identifiers needed to connect Google Play Games if you choose to link an account.
- Progress and activity: your collection, unit progression, team choices, trophies, match results, in-game balances, rewards and other save data. Progress is stored on your device and can be synchronized with cloud services.
- Age and privacy choices: the birth year you enter, consent choices and related records used to apply privacy and advertising settings. Your birth year can be included in synchronized save data.
- Technical and connection information: information such as IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, service identifiers, and diagnostic information used by the game or service providers to operate online features.
- Optional gameplay analytics: game events and interactions, such as progress, rewards and feature use, when you allow usage-data sharing.
- Advertising information, when ads are enabled: device or advertising identifiers where available, ad requests, impressions, interactions and reward events. The information processed depends on consent, age settings and the advertising provider.
- Purchase information, when purchases are enabled: product identifiers, purchase receipts or tokens, transaction status and entitlements needed to verify and restore purchases. Payments are handled through Google Play; we do not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play.
- Support messages: your email address, message and any information you choose to send. The in-game feedback email may include your player ID, app version, device model, operating system and recent log lines. You can review that email before sending it.
Your chosen name and avatar may be displayed to other players where the game uses public profiles. Please use a nickname rather than sensitive personal information.
Why information is used
- Provide the game, identify your player profile and maintain progress.
- Link accounts, synchronize saves and help recover progress.
- Deliver rewards, verify purchases and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
- Apply age and privacy choices and deliver advertising where that feature is enabled.
- Understand optional usage statistics and improve gameplay when you consent.
- Keep online services reliable, investigate errors, protect accounts and respond to support requests.
- Comply with applicable legal requirements and handle legitimate disputes.
Analytics, ads and your choices
Optional analytics
In the game, open SETTINGS → PRIVACY → SHARE USAGE DATA. You can allow or turn off optional usage-data collection. The implemented Unity Analytics integration starts collection only after you allow it. Turning sharing off stops collection and initiates a deletion request for the associated analytics data; completion depends on connectivity and the provider’s processing.
Advertising choices
When advertising is enabled, the game uses Unity LevelPlay and a consent flow, including Google’s consent form where applicable. Depending on your region and configuration, open SETTINGS → PRIVACY and use PRIVACY OPTIONS or PERSONALIZED ADS when shown.
Refusing personalized ads does not necessarily remove all ads. Contextual advertising, delivery, security and measurement can still involve technical information. Changing an advertising choice does not change your separate analytics choice. Some changes may take effect after restarting the game.
You can also manage your device’s advertising settings through Android. Removing the app does not automatically delete a cloud account. For deletion instructions, see Delete your account and data.
Service providers and sharing
The game uses services provided by:
- Unity: Authentication, Cloud Save, Remote Config and Cloud Code for account, save, configuration and verification features; Unity Analytics for optional usage statistics; and Unity LevelPlay for advertising when enabled. Unity game-player privacy policy.
- Google: Google Play Games for linked sign-in, Google Play for purchases, and Google’s User Messaging Platform for advertising-consent choices where applicable. Google Privacy Policy.
- Advertising providers: participating networks may receive advertising-related information when ads are enabled. Available consent forms provide information about participating providers and their privacy choices. The networks actually used depend on the publisher’s advertising configuration.
- Hosting and communications providers: to serve this website and handle support correspondence.
Providers may process information on our instructions or under their own privacy terms, depending on the service. Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to protect users and services, or in connection with a lawful transfer of the game business, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Legal bases, where applicable
Where European Economic Area or UK data-protection law applies, the relevant basis depends on the purpose:
- Providing a requested service: processing needed to deliver gameplay, accounts, cloud saves and purchases.
- Consent: optional analytics and advertising personalization where consent is required. Consent can be withdrawn through the relevant settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Legitimate interests: proportionate service protection, troubleshooting and responding to support, taking account of your rights and interests.
- Legal obligations: information needed to meet applicable legal requirements.
Some information is necessary for particular online features. Without it, those features may be unavailable. Optional analytics can be refused separately.
How long information is kept
Information is kept according to its purpose and applicable obligations rather than a single period for every category:
- Local save data and preferences remain on your device until removed or reset, subject to device backup and storage settings.
- Cloud account and progress information is used to maintain and restore your profile until deletion is requested or the data is otherwise no longer needed.
- Support correspondence and security or transaction records may be kept as needed to resolve the issue, investigate abuse, meet legal duties or handle a dispute.
- Analytics and advertising records are subject to the relevant provider’s retention and deletion processes as well as applicable instructions and privacy choices.
Where information must be retained after a deletion request, its use is limited to the reason for retaining it. Contact us for details relevant to your account or request.
Delete your account and data
- Open SETTINGS in Cat Clash.
- Open ACCOUNT in the player section.
- Select DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Enter DELETE and confirm.
The in-game deletion process removes the cloud save and game authentication account and resets local progress. A new guest profile can be created afterwards. Deleting a Cat Clash account does not delete your Google account or automatically erase records held independently by Google or advertising providers.
If you cannot use the in-game option, email contact@cat-clash.com with the subject Cat Clash account deletion. Include your player ID and player name if available. We may request proportionate verification to avoid deleting someone else’s data. Do not send a password or full payment-card information.
For a broader privacy request, including information processed by analytics or advertising services, explain your request in the message. Some records may be retained where there is a specific legal or security need, as described above.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and circumstances, you may be entitled to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or limits on certain processing. You may also have a right to object and to withdraw consent.
Send requests to contact@cat-clash.com. We may need information to identify the relevant account and verify the request, and will respond within applicable legal time limits. These rights may have lawful exceptions. You may also complain to the data-protection authority competent for your location.
Younger players
The game asks for a birth year to apply age-related settings. The implemented advertising flow treats players classified as under 13 as child-directed and does not enable personalized advertising for that group. Rules about age and parental authorization vary by location.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child’s information has been handled without required authorization, contact us so the situation can be investigated and an appropriate deletion or correction request handled.
International processing and security
Unity, Google and other service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their privacy policies describe their locations and transfer arrangements. Where transfer safeguards are required, applicable safeguards must cover the processing; contact us for information relevant to your request.
Account access controls and the security features of the service providers are used to protect information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep account credentials private and use the official game and service channels.
This website
The Cat Clash website serves static pages and locally hosted assets. Its own code does not add third-party advertising or analytics scripts. The animated homepage may store your sound preference in your browser’s local storage.
The hosting provider can process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, time and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Sending an email opens your email service and shares the contents you send. Following an external link takes you to a site with its own privacy practices.
Updates and contact
This policy may be updated when the game, providers or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies this version; significant changes will be communicated where required.
